Operating instructions
Connect fresh water supply to IN inlet. Correctly mixed solution is dispensed via OUT outlet.
Remember to move the water supply lever to the ON position, and either water only or water/mix as required.
Adjusting the injection rate
Adjustment must be made when there is no pressure in the Dosatron.
• Turn off the water supply and allow the pressure to drop to zero.
• Unscrew the blocking ring.
• Screw the adjusting nut to bring the top of the nut in line with the required injection rate.
• Tighten the blocking ring.
Apply to surface when the water flow is foaming as it exits nozzle/brush end - this may take a few moments, depending on length of hose
A rhythmic “clicking” noise will be heard while in operation, this is your evidence that the Dosatron is working and injecting concentrate into the flow. The reservoir will need refilling with concentrate when water only is seen at nozzle/brush end. PLEASE NOTE: Reservoir capacity is approximately 10 litres.
Continue working until task is complete. After completing your task it is good practice to rinse “water only” thoroughly through the system to maintain optimum life.
