Product Description

The Timbabuild EHB60 Professional, manufactured by Chemfix, is a robust, two-part epoxy wood filler ideal for substantial repairs in timber affected by damage or decay. Its thixotropic, non-slump formulation is solvent-free, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. The product, designed for repairs up to 60mm in depth, not only restores structural integrity but also treats the timber to prevent further decay, enhancing the longevity of the repair.

Delivered in a convenient 1:1 ratio side-by-side cartridge, the EHB60 Professional ensures accurate, easy mixing and application, with fast curing times allowing it to be painted within four hours at temperatures of 20-35ºC. Once cured, the filler can be machined, drilled, and securely holds nails and screws, making it highly adaptable for use in various wood structures, including windows, doors, beams, and decorative timber elements. It also performs well as an adhesive for laminations and is particularly valuable in heritage restoration work. With a VOC A+ rating and a 24-month shelf life, EHB60 Professional is a versatile, durable solution for both restoration and extensive wood repair projects.
